How long do LASHYTOUCH clusters last?

With proper application using our bond and seal, clusters hold for up to 7 days — through showers, workouts, and everyday wear.

Are the clusters reusable?

Yes — each cluster is reusable up to 7 times with proper care. After removing, gently clean any residual bond from the band and store clusters back in the case.

I'm a complete beginner. Is this easy to do at home?

Absolutely. LASHYTOUCH kits include a lash map guide that shows you exactly where to place each cluster length. Most first-timers achieve salon-quality results on their very first try. Application takes under 5 minutes once you've done it once or twice.

Is the bond and seal safe for sensitive eyes?

Yes. Our bond and seal formula is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and non-irritating. It is safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers. If you have a known adhesive allergy, we recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before full application.

How do I remove the clusters?

Apply our oil-based remover to the lash band and hold for 10–15 seconds. The bond dissolves cleanly with no pulling or tugging. Your natural lashes are completely undamaged.

What's the difference between Black and Brown?

Black gives a bold, classic lash look that suits most occasions. Brown is softer and more natural-looking — a great choice for fair skin tones, blondes, or anyone who prefers a more subtle finish.

Can I wear these in water?

Yes — once the bond and seal has fully set (allow 10–15 minutes after application), your clusters are waterproof and safe for showers, swimming, and humidity.
