Processing & dispatch

Orders are dispatched same day or within 2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday.

Shipping within Canada

Standard shipping: 3–5 business days.
Free shipping on all orders over CA$50.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Our policy

We want you to love your LASHYTOUCH products. If you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in their original packaging.

How to return

1. Email us at hello@lashytouch.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you return instructions within 24 hours.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right immediately.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, opened lash clusters and accessories cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
